2020 booth registration is now open.

Each year, Earth Day Omaha features over 100 vendors who join us at Elmwood Park to showcase their business or non-profit and help spread the word about environmentally sustainable practices.

Please note that this is a Zero Waste event. Please incorporate Zero Waste principles into your event giveaways by handing out ONLY compostable, recyclable, biodegradable, upcycled, or otherwise environmentally-friendly materials.

Please note that additional space will incur a minimum $100 fee (certain sponsors excluded). Vehicles and large trailers are not allowed on the grass. Space is limited and assigned on a first come, first serve basis. You will be contacted and invoiced separately based on your setup needs. Will you require more space than 10’x10’ for your display?

If yes, please explain:

Earth Day Omaha is an outdoor celebration on the grass. As always, we hope for sunny, warm and dry weather, but this is Nebraska so we will be prepared for anything. Your booth space is 10’x10’ unless other arrangements are made. Earth Day Omaha Coalition (EDOC) provides an 8’ table and two folding chairs. No electricity is provided and there is no WiFi in the park.

We recommend that you bring a canopy or tent (10’x10’ or smaller) to provide shelter from the weather. The City of Omaha prohibits the use of stakes for anchoring canopies; please bring weights and rope to tie your canopy down. It can be windy, so we strongly suggest you bring paper weights to hold down any handouts. Vendors must set up between 8 - 10:30 a.m. on April 18 and tear down begins at 5 p.m. Vendor packets will be delivered the first week in April.

In the case your application is turned down, you will receive a letter of explanation and a refund of any fees submitted. Once accepted and we receive your payment, your registration is complete. You will be assigned a booth number and given further information in April.

Application deadline is Tuesday, March 31, 2020. All payments must be received by this time otherwise your booth space will not be guaranteed.
